Passenger dies after collapsing on bus

A 66-year-old man collapsed on the lower deck of an 8P KMB bus heading to the Star Ferry Pier in Tsim Sha Tsui early yesterday morning. He had head injuries and was rushed unconscious to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where he was certified dead.

Businessman fights off Yuen Long stun-gun robbers

A mainland businessman fought off two robbers during a bungled robbery in Yuen Long yesterday after two stun guns apparently failed to release an electric shock strong enough to disable him.

The 42-year-old withdrew HK$500,000 from a bank and had breakfast at a cafe in Yuen Long before the hold-up happened at about 10.15am.

Robbers attack man on Sheung Shui street

A man was attacked by two robbers in Sheung Shui. The victim told police he was walking in the street when one man grabbed him from behind and another placed a plastic bag over his head, then tried to steal his belongings. The victim put up a struggle and escaped.
