Wallabies skipper Nathan Sharpe is unbowed by New Zealand's formidable winning run and said the All Blacks were beatable in today's third and final Bledisloe Cup test in Brisbane.

The All Blacks have strung together 16 straight victories against all-comers and are one Test win away from joining the 1969 All Blacks and 1998 South African Springboks with 17 successive victories.

Springboks on right track despite Australia defeat, says de Villiers

South African captain Jean de Villiers insists the Springboks are on the right track despite a narrow defeat to a resurgent Australia in their Rugby Championship test.

The Springboks led 13-3 at one stage in the first half but the Wallabies came from behind to win 26-19, a much-needed victory after last month's embarrassing 22-0 loss to New Zealand.
