A scavenger mother and her two children who robbed a goldsmith's and a guesthouse to pay off the son's gambling debts have been arrested.

Body of missing boy found with neck injury

An autopsy will be conducted today on the body of a 16-year-old boy, reported missing since Saturday, whose body was found floating in the sea off Chai Wan with a neck injury.

Police said the body of Eason Tsang, a jobless school dropout, was found by a man fishing at Ka Yip Street on Monday night.

Water taxi plan for east of island
