Review needs to query some decisions

As a regular and enthusiastic neutral visitor to the Rugby Sevens in Hong Kong, allow me an observation.

There is nothing wrong with the distribution of the tickets. I have in the past several years always and without a problem been able to purchase them at the official pre-event ticket sales in the stadium.
