Should Hong Kong's water tariffs, which have remained the same since 1995, be raised?

Kevin Choi - I think that the tariff system should be changed. People who use more water should be charged at a higher price per litre than people who use less water. I believe that this can solve the problem of people using too much water.

Signature dish

I went to a buffet on Sunday. It's quite unusual for me - I can't remember the last time I went to one, even though the buffets served at top hotels are actually quite good.
