Unfair treatment

I AM writing to express my frustration about an incident that took place on Friday, March 3.

I had parked my car in Woh Chai Street, opposite Block 28 of Shek Kip Mei Estate at 8.36am to take my six-year-old foster child, who is mentally handicapped, into the Spastic Centre School.

Upon returning eight minutes later, I found myself with a ticket fine for $320.
