Celebrities sparkle at launch of Swarovski's autumn-winter collection

Models including Jacqueline Ch'ng (third left) and Mikki Yao (fourth left) show off the Swarovski collection at the launch of the autumn-winter line.

Swarovski's "Kingdom of Jewels" autumn-winter line took centre stage at the W Hotel with a glittering line-up of celebrities.

The champagne-soaked evening featured supermodels Jacqueline Ch'ng and Mikki Yao strutting their stuff on the runway bedecked in chunky, sparkling crystals.

Vivian Chow closed out the show with her typical antics.

Sculpture exhibition inspired by 'energy of Hong Kong' whips up a storm of interest

According to Richard Zawitz, the atrium of Central's IFC mall is a magical place that inspires creativity. Even more so now that an exhibition of his sculptures, called 'Infinity and Tao', is on show there.

'I dedicated this show to the power and energy of Hong Kong, but I didn't wish for a typhoon 10 [signal],' he joked. 'I only wanted a No 3 - that was the maximum.'

Actress wishes upon world's biggest Swarovski Christmas star for a birthday surprise

Happy Birthday to you, Carina Lau Ka-ling!

The veteran actress said on Monday that she was hoping for a surprise gift from her busy actor-husband Tony Leung Chiu-wai.

Lau was speaking after flicking on the switch to illuminate the world's largest outdoor Swarovski crystal Christmas decoration displayed on the wall of the Hang Lung Centre in Causeway Bay.

Swarovski recruits glittering 'Magificent 7' for children's charity

Crystal brand Swarovski rounded up actress Michele Reis and a group of six Asian designers for a charity fashion project titled the Magnificent 7.

The up-and-coming designers, including Qiu Hao, Alex Wang Peiyi and Masha Ma from the mainland and Hong Kong's Dorophy Tang, each designed a couture piece to dress up Reis.
