Choose your tool: camera, scissors, brushes, pencils, and so on and show us how you see life in colours. The sooner you send your entry, the more chance you have to get it published.

Show your love for Japan's children

Young Post is running the 'From Hong Kong with Love' campaign to support Save the Children (STC) work in Japan. STC has set up child-friendly spaces for those who lost their homes in the earthquake and tsunami. Make an origami crane, write a message on its wings and make a donation to help STC create more safe areas.

The gang's all here!

The latest show on KidsCo TV is Bommi & Friends, a great programme for younger viewers. It launches tomorrow on Now TV. To celebrate the launch, SYP is collaborating with KidsCo TV and holding a colouring competition. The best entry will win a Nintendo DSi, and 10 runners-up will receive a fabulously fun stationery set.

Supersonic boost

KidsCo TV is launching its channel on Hong Kong's Now TV this winter, featuring great shows for younger viewers, such as Sonic the Hedgehog. To celebrate the launch, SYP is collaborating with KidsCo TV and holding a colouring competition.

The best entry will win a PSP, and 10 runners-up will receive a fabulously fun stationery set.

Thanks to your inspired submissions, the summer visions competition is already a big success. Every week, we publish the best entries we receive. The winners will be announced in mid-August. They will go on a fabulous journey to Macau at the end of August, go backstage at the ZAIA show, participate in a workshop, and top it off by watching the show.

Show your support

Last month, Young Post ran a story about the tragedy at the Minorities Vocational School in Yushu, Qinghai province () - at least 40 students died in the earthquake. (Read it online. Log on to yp.scmp.com and go to 'News' 'National').

To support the students who lost their classmates, Young Post is calling all its readers to create and sign a card of support.

The rules

What - or who - is coming out of the Christmas parcel? You can use pencils, crayons, paint, glitter - anything you like. The more imaginative, the better.

The competition will be judged in two categories - 11 years and under, and 12-18 years old.
