Perfect match

Thai food has exquisite flavours, with a fine balance between sweet, sour, salty and spicy. It's also well-balanced nutritionally, with plenty of vegetables, sufficient carbohydrates and just enough protein. The dish has complementary textures that are ever so slightly varied, with chewy conpoy (dried scallop), succulent crab meat and sweet, tender egg white. TREAT for taste buds

STAR ATTRACTION

One of the first striking features of this elegant hideaway, tucked discreetly at the end of Star Street, is its size.

Yet, despite the high ceilings and huge open space, each table retains an intimate setting, thanks in part to the softly-lit booths and warm, minimal d?r.

Burn notice

Every few years, the chilli sauce industry is abuzz with news of the latest 'hottest chilli in the world'. To give an idea of their chilli's strength, manufacturers use words such as 'infinity' (which was soon surpassed by something that was beyond infinity), 'viper' and 'scorpion'.
