Cable TV uses actor as unlikely World Cup mascot

CitySeen has noticed some recent quirky tricks for breaking through the advertising clutter. In its campaign to promote its FIFA World Cup programming, Cable TV has appointed Chapman To Man-chak (right) as its lucky symbol to crack jokes with the audience.
