Students need to dump credit cards

After reading an article about students being caught in credit card traps, it made me wonder who is most responsible for this. I think it is more the fault of university students and parents than the banks or the financial institutions.

Have you ever been home alone? Were you afraid?

When I was a child one day I was sick and my mother took care of me.

She went to throw rubbish outside and told me not to go into the kitchen because she was cooking.

Stupidly, I went into the kitchen and locked the door.

True Light celebrations continue at girls' college

Dignitaries, parents and guests gathered to celebrate True Light Girls' College's 29th anniversary recently.

Among the guests-of-honour were the chairman of the school board Reverend Luk Fai, supervisor Reverend Wu Bing-kit, supervisor of the Yau Tsim Mong School Development Council Lui Chin Yiu-chu and the honorary principals of True Light School in Guangzhou.

Girls sample Kiwi lifestyle

During the summer holidays, students from the four True Light schools went on a fun and challenging trip to New Zealand.

We studied at a local girls' school called St Oran's near Wellington and lived with local families during the first two weeks.
