Officers laid an ambush for the man in Tsui Ping Estate North, Kwun Tong after receiving reports of indecent assaults over recent months. The man was spotted and arrested at about 1pm. There was nothing wrong with a lift at Kwun Tong's Tsui Ping South Estate that a resident said fell three floors, the Housing Department said yesterday. A 12-year-old school girl plunged to her death from a public housing block in Kwun Tong on the second day of the new academic year. She was found unconscious outside Tsui Wing House, Tsui Ping (South) Estate, shortly after 9am. She was declared dead at the scene.
