Second glitch in four days hits West Rail

Hundreds of West Rail passengers were delayed in the morning rush hour yesterday after the second malfunction on the line in four days. A power cable supporting the signalling system was damaged, cutting service frequency between Tuen Mun and Tin Shui Wai.

Legal action stepped up

I REFER to the letter from Ms Ada Lau headlined ''Busy area has so much litter'' (South China Morning Post, December 22) with regard to littering on the footbridge linking the Light Rail Transit (LRT) Town Centre Station and the Tuen Mun Cultural Square.

The footbridge is the busiest one in Tuen Mun.
