He is 74 years old, but wants to make an honest living doing what he knows best, serving up egg waffles from his street cart in Tai Hang rather than receiving government handouts. It is a job he has been doing illegally for more than 30 years because the government stopped issuing licences for food hawkers in the 1970s.
