Bloodstock agent calls it right

The man who is responsible for Beauty Flash being in Hong Kong, bloodstock agent Dan O'Donnell, found out the actual price of the chestnut's success at the New Zealand yearling sales last month. Four years ago, O'Donnell (pictured) purchased Beauty Flash, a son of Golan, for owner Simon Kwok Siu-ming for only NZ$65,000 at the Karaka sales, which he recalls being around HK$300,000 at the time.
