New World retains North Point ferry routes

New World First Ferry Services will continue to provide inner harbour ferry services after being awarded the tender for the routes between North Point and Hung Hom and between North Point and Kowloon City from April 1. Ferry workers robbed of cash

TWO men armed with knives robbed two Hong Kong Ferry employees of a cashbox containing $20,000 at the Wan Chai ferry pier.

The employees, Chan Kwok-cheung and Chan Shu-leung, both 30, suffered cut wounds when they tried to fight off the robbers, who fled towards the Convention Centre car park.
