Body in suitcase was club hostess from mainland

The dead woman found in a floating suitcase in Victoria Harbour was a nightclub hostess, police said yesterday. She was last heard from in March when she claimed in a phone call that her boyfriend, who is now being sought, was attacking her.

The suitcase was found off Hung Hom, near the Harbourfront Landmark, on Wednesday.

According to a writ filed by Wang's eldest son, Winston Wong Wen-Young, an independent investigation has put the true value of Wang's global estate at over US$17 billion.
