Bodybuilding bribery case set for June

Hong Kong and China Bodybuilding and Fitness Association chairman Chan Siu-man and bodybuilder Chan Yan-to will be tried in District Court together in June for their alleged 2006 bribery case. The two were accused of bribing Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation secretary general Paul Chua to lift Chan's suspension period, enabling him to take part in the Doha games.

Experiencing these feelings to some degree is fairly typical of most people who exercise on a regular basis, including professional athletes. It's unrealistic to expect you'll be enthusiastic, excited and motivated every time you put on your gym kit.
