Wun Yiu and Tai Po South

Museum lies idle 3 years after completion

A HK$1 million pottery museum in Tai Po has stood idle since it was completed three years ago, with no opening date in sight.

The museum, which traces the history of the 600-year-old industry in Wun Yiu village, is housed in a converted school that was meant to become part of an archaeological heritage trail linking various kilns scattered through the hills of the area.

Yiu Wing directors sell shares
