City to see rare eclipse

HONG KONG - Early on Monday look out for a rare heavenly event. An annular solar eclipse, when the sun forms a red ring behind the moon, will start to form at 4.41am. It will be visible at sunrise at 5.41am. A total ring will last 3 minutes 26 seconds, from 6.06:47am to 6.10.13am. The best viewing areas are Tsim Sha Tsui's Avenue of the Stars, Plover Cove Reservoir and Tai Au Mun in Sai Kung.
