New law to ban India's "untouchable" role

India's manual sewer cleaners are the true "untouchables". They are at the bottom rung of the caste ladder, considered impure physically and in spirit. As India's Parliament considers new legislation to ban the job, one organisation is fighting the social stigma attached to the position while helping thousands of cleaners find better ways to make a living.
