'Hire as many women as possible' - Jack Ma's secret of Alibaba's success

In a keynote speech at Alibaba's Gateway '17 in Detroit, founder and executive chairman Jack Ma shared one of the secrets of his company's success - hiring women.

"Women are going to be very powerful in the 21st century," he added.

He also touched on his advice for young people starting their careers, how being rejected is not always bad and what people in America still think of China.
