Disquieting times for Malaysia's 'fish listeners'

MALAYSIA, Setiu : Pak Harun and his son are thought to be Malaysia’s last "fish listeners", practitioners of a dying local fisherman’s art of listening underwater to locate their quarry. He and others are seeking to keep alive the ancient aural technique in the face of modern industrial trawling methods and resulting depletion of stocks.
