Canada pageant finalist: China delaying her entry over rights comments

Canada's China-born Miss World contestant Anastasia Lin says her visa to travel to the beauty pageant at a Chinese resort has been delayed and her father has been harassed by Chinese officials because she has spoken out about human rights abuses in the communist country.

To those reading this comment before or after reading the comments below, you should know two things. One: She was in the Miss World pageant, which means her beauty must be good for the world. Not just for your idea of physical attractiveness. Two: The comments made were in regards to Falun Dafa. A very positive and highly revered practice all over the entire world that is persecuted in china by the communist party.
Congrats, girl for your beauty! Don't listen to these guys here! They don't help at all! Your parent's country have no respect for anyone and you are learning the pain! If it is possible, don't come to China! You will just fine empty minds walking in the streets without any target!
all those who have made comments should try to find out whether this is true or not. As far as competing in pageant, its free to compete whether you are beautiful or not.

The whole time I was reading this post, I kept thinking, what happened to her nose.
Some people on online forums says that her nose look like it's had plastic surgery done (Korean style) and that the cheeks look botox-y
