New chief vows English Schools Foundation will stay affordable

The Education Bureau in Hong Kong has announced that subsidies to English Schools Foundation will be phased out starting in 2016.  ESF's new chief executive, Belinda Greer, offers reassurance that its schools will stay relatively affordable to families seeking an English-medium education for their children.  Read the full story here.
