Lu Ping, Beijing's tough-talking point man on Hong Kong affairs during the city's handover to Chinese rule in 1997, has died at the age of 87.  His daughter-in-law, violinist Jue Yao, is continuing with plans to perform with Jonathan Wong on Tuesday.  "It would be his wish for me to continue with this concert," says Jue Yao.
