China’s annual "two sessions", or “lianghui”, of 2016 ­– plenary meetings of the country's top legislative and consultative bodies, the National People’s Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) – is under way in Beijing. It is one of the most important opportunities to observe China’s political, economic and social trends. But how much do Hongkongers know about it? SCMP.tv took to the streets of Hong Kong to find out.
