Twenty-six crew members of a troubled casino vessel in Hong Kong can finally go home today

Some 46 crew members working aboard a casino cruise ship have been stuck in limbo after its mysterious owner failed to pay wages and the vessel was detained in Hong Kong waters. Twenty-six of them will finally go home today, including two key witnesses due to testify against the Ukrainian captain of the New Imperial Star. With the key witnesses absent, the trial of the captain cannot proceed.
