Museum closed, Tai O story continues
Describing herself as a housewife of Tai O, 58-year-old Wong Wai-king launched the private museum in 2001.
Tai O Cultural Workshop showcased more than 300 items, from cups and bowls, to a piece of whale bone.
The museum closed down last Sunday. While the building owner applied to redevelop the house, Wong chose to keep telling stories of the heritage of the fishing village on Lantau in her own way.
