That was a good video but it's enough to make your head spin. From what I understand the functional constituency section is where it all falls over. A voting group that's made up of companies? Mind boggling. The Superman seats are a joke too.
LEGCO members are to pass laws and approve the government spending; some are in the news for throwing things, and filibuster, some sleep, some sing, some watch girlie pics on the mobile phone.....
