I fail to see why these highly polluted river mud bank swamps, hairy crustaceans with no meat in them are so expensive?! Please enlighten us. This species has also become a pest species in other parts of the world like Britain. The yellow stuff inside is quite nice like runny egg yolk but it's just a teaspoon and eggs are cheap and safer. I dont get what the fuss is all about?
