Canada train disaster: residents wait to return home

CANADA, Lac-Mégantic : The death toll from the massive explosion caused by a runaway oil tanker train that derailed and flattened part of a small Canadian town has risen to 13, a coroner said Monday, while anxious residents were waiting for authorities to analyze the pollution levels in the air before returning to their homes.
