Violence breaks out after allegations of voter fraud in Cambodia

CAMBODIA, Phnom Penh : Protests broke out at a polling station in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where a crowd destroyed two police cars, military police spokesman Kheng Tito said. Anger erupted over names missing from the voter list of Cambodian general elections.
