Healthcare reform faces patchy roll-out in sceptical states

UNITED STATES, Richmond : US citizens will finally be able to sign up for government-subsidised healthcare plans from Tuesday October 1st, but despite the law going into effect across the country, there are big differences in how it’s being implemented in each state, with concerns that those without insurance could lose out in areas where the local government isn’t supportive.
