Chile zoo turns tables on visitors and puts them in cage

February 8, 2015

A zoo in Chile has turned the tables on its visitors, caging them as they enter a 2-hectare parc where the lions roam free and get to look at humans from up close. Aside from this rather unusual feline experience, "Parque Safari" operates as a traditional safari with less dangerous animals, and as a normal zoo with other animals still being kept behind bars. Most animals at the zoo have been rescued from circuses where they suffered from neglect.
