Israeli attacks also hit Gaza economy

Israeli strikes killed 30 Palestinians on November 19, taking the Gaza death toll to 107. United Nations chief Ban Ki-moon has joined efforts to end the worst violence in four years. The conflict is also taking a toll on Gaza's fragile economy. As Israel continues its aerial bombardments, fruit and vegetable vendors in Gaza City are struggling to make a sale.
