Why marry on the date 12/12/12?

The number "12" has a variety of meanings in Chinese, including "love", "perfection" and "double happiness". These happy attributes have made 12.12.12 a particularly auspicious day for couples to get married. As hundreds of Hong Kong couples flock to tie the knot, SCMP caught up with some of them at the marriage registry today to find out what Triple 12 means to them, and what their hopes are for the future.
