Fans might have to wait two years to see HBO’s Game of Thrones spinoff, but Android gamers -- even those with Huawei phones -- can return to Westeros this Friday with the official launch of Game of Thrones: Beyond the Wall.

Huawei confirmed to us that the mobile game, made in collaboration with Dead By Daylight creator Behaviour Interactive, is slated to arrive on its AppGallery app store on April 3, the same day it launches on Google Play. The turn-based role-playing game is already available on Apple’s App Store.

While some of the world’s most popular apps -- such as Facebook, WhatsApp and Google services like YouTube -- are missing from AppGallery, Huawei has been keen to promote its Google Play alternative since landing on the US blacklist last year. It’s even giving overseas game developers up to 85% of the revenue for each app or in-game item sold -- higher than the 70% usually offered by Google and Apple. Despite the effort, Huawei itself acknowledges the importance of having access to Google Services.
