This article originally appeared on ABACUS Just a couple weeks after unveiling its new P40 smartphones , Huawei is preparing another product event for April 8. This time Huawei will show off its newest Matebook and likely a new Smart Screen TV. The new Matebook X Pro 2020 was first introduced internationally in February. Similar to previous iterations of the laptop, it has a touchscreen with minimal bezels and a pop-up webcam built into the keyboard. Although not much has changed since last year, the new Matebook features Intel’s 10th Gen processors, up to a Core i7, and will have up to 1TB of storage. It also has a new emerald green color. Prices start at 1,499 euros (US$1,620). Along with the Matebook, Huawei is likely to introduce a new version of its Smart Screen, according to posters leaked online. The posters show the 65X Smart Screen will also feature a pop-up camera. Huawei’s latest Sound X smart speaker is also slated to roll out globally in the coming months, although the exact date is still unknown. But thanks to tensions with the US, the speaker is missing the one key feature you’d expect it to have: A voice assistant.
