If you live in the US and want a Huawei smartphone, well, good luck with that. After major US carriers backed out of plans to sell Huawei’s devices last year, the brand has pretty much been locked out of the country.

But there is another way to get a Huawei handset... well, kinda, thanks to their lower-cost sub-brand, Honor.

Their latest flagship, the Honor View 20, is coming out this week. The standout feature here? Instead of the usual notch, it's got a hole in the top left corner of the 6.4-inch display -- that's where you'll find the selfie camera.

The hole-punch looks like it'll be this year's new smartphone trend -- a fresh alternative to the iPhone-style notch that many Android handsets adopted last year. It's on Samsung’s mid-range Galaxy A8S. It’s also coming to Motorola and Nokia phones, according to leaks.
