The South China Morning Post’s Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to nurture and develop journalists to become future leaders of the profession. You will have a personalised development track and participate in high-profile projects. You will be able to make a difference and have the potential for rapid career growth.

After intensive training at the start of the programme, you will rotate among major desks in the newsroom to experience different areas of coverage. On successful completion, you will be assigned to a specific desk for a permanent reporting job.
