Monica Lee-Muller Managing director HK Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management)

Lee-Muller has been deputy managing director since 2007 and has led the team to secure many high-profile events in her 18-year tenure. She holds industry positions including a seat on the Ocean Park Corp board. She has a Master of Management Programme from Macquarie University and a Professional Certificate in Event Management from George Washington University.

Philip Glickman Regional sales head of wholesale cards, Asia-Pacific Citi Transaction Services

Based in Hong Kong, Glickman is responsible for business and account development, managing a team of specialists across the region. He joined Citi in New York in 1996 and held various roles before moving to Hong Kong in 2004. His career at Citi has spanned B2B and B2C, Ariba and mobile payments. Previously, he worked in supply chain management for the Eni Group and MSC, a leading shipping line.

Mark Serocold Vice-president, business development, HK Neuberger Berman

Serocold joined the company from Schroder Investment Management (SIM). He spent four years working for the company as a wholesaler covering intermediary clients in London and was transferred to SIM's Hong Kong office in 2010, where he focused on distribution into private banks in Asia. His new role will be based in Hong Kong, reporting to Nick Hoar, head of Asia for Neuberger Berman.

Rebecca Schrage Vice-president, client services, HK Neuberger Berman

Schrage joined investment manager Neuberger Berman from AllianceBernstein, where she was responsible for institutional clients in both Hong Kong and New Zealand. Now based in Hong Kong, Schrage will lead the client services effort for the Asia-Pacific region. She began her career in equity research at Morgan Stanley in New York. Neuberger Berman has 50 employees in the Asia-Pacific region.

Leung Kar-fai Chief geologist Sino Prosper State Gold Resources

Leung is well known in the mining community from his recent role as technical representative, Asia-Pacific, for Behre Dolbear. Previously he has worked for key global miners in Asia. In his new role he will work closely with local geologists to find exploration targets, develop future plans and monitor existing ones. He has a Bachelor of Science (majoring in earth sciences) and a Master of Philosophy in Earth Sciences from the University of Hong Kong.

Thomas Holzherr Senior vice-president, business development, HK Neuberger Berman

Holzherr joined the company from UBS Global Asset Management, where he was part of the Pan-Asian Institutional Client Relationship and Business Development team. He worked at UBS for 15 years, starting as an economist. He came to Asia in 1999 and has since worked in Japan, Korea and Singapore. In Hong Kong, he is responsible for developing Neuberger Berman's institutional business in Asia.

Ian Teare Dispute resolution partner Norton Rose Group

Teare specialises in advising on marine insurance, collisions and salvage matters, in addition to charter party and bill of lading disputes. His relocation to Singapore from Norton Rose's London office is part of an expansion of its shipping practice in Asia, taking the team to three full-time shipping litigation partners and the Asia-Pacific team to more than 25 dedicated shipping lawyers. 'This is an exciting time to join the Singapore team,' Teare said.

Sanjana Chappalli Director of digital marketing, Asia-Pacific Lewis PR

With 10 years' experience in digital marketing, Chappalli moves from Ogilvy and Mather Worldwide in Bangalore, where she played an integral role on the Lenovo account. Before that, she was an account director at Leo Burnett in Singapore. Chappalli will be based in Singapore, providing senior counsel to clients on digital marketing strategies across online and mobile platforms. She will report to senior vice-president Andy Oliver.
