PUDONG Development Holdings, formerly Tomson Pacific, posted a drop in profits attributable to shareholders to $279.3 million for the six months to September 30, compared with $281.4 million for the same period last year. Basic earnings per share fell to 37 cents for the period from 38.1 cents previously. Turnover stood at $235.4 million. Meanwhile, associated company Rivera (Holdings) also announced a slide in net profits for the six-month period to $77.3 million, compared with $163.3 million in same period last year. Basic earnings per share dropped from 12.9 cents to 6.1 cents. Turnover for the company was down from last year. The company also recorded a small operating loss of $4.8 million.
