Celebrity Chow sisters keep it all in the family in commercial promotions and collaborations

It's probably safe to say that La Mod Salon is where supermodel Kathy Chow Man-kei and her little sister, singer-actress Niki Chow Lai-kei, get their impeccable hair groomed. The girls joined celebrities, models and socialites, including Vinci Wong Yin-chi, Jessica Cambensy and Icy Wong Yuen-man, at the grand opening and after-party of Kerastase La Mod Salon & Hair Spa in Causeway Bay on Tuesday.

The Chow sisters have been seen together at numerous commercial promotions recently and it looks as though there may be another collaboration on the cards.

The younger Chow, who signed a management/recording contract with Mountain Entertainment - an affiliate of East Asia Entertainment - earlier this week, said she hoped her sister would star in one of her music videos. Her sister's boyfriend, Julien Lepeu, would also be welcome to take part.

The salon, in collaboration with French hair care brand Kerastase, has rented a space of more than 6,000 sq ft in a basement on Leighton Road. To cater to its celebrity clientele, the salon has six private rooms for hair treatment and spas, each with its own backwash bed equipped with a massager.
