Time is right for Pollyanna Chu to take the helm at Franck Muller's Asia-Pacific operation
Franck Muller, founder of the eponymous Swiss luxury watch maker, travelled to Macau to congratulate Hong Kong billionaire Pollyanna Chu Li Yuet-wah on her appointment as chairwoman of his brand's Asia-Pacific region operations.
A bevy of A-listers attended a gala dinner on Friday in the Wynn Macau's ballroom to show their support for the 53-year-old business veteran.
Retired actress Rosamund Kwan Chi-lam chatted enthusiastically with Muller at the dinner.
They were joined by entertainment industry tycoon Albert Yeung Sau-shing, film producer Charles Heung Wah-keung and a string of celebrities including actor Ray Lui Leung-wai and model Irene Wang Yuen-yuen.
The decor at the venue was inspired by the brand's Infinity Phoenix collection, while models showed off a range of limited-edition watches including the Giga Tourbillon collection.
