Targets met

CONSTRUCTION work on the seven government-funded airport projects is half-finished, said the director of the New Airport Projects Co-ordination Office, Billy Lam Chung-lun. The projects, as well as the Western Harbour Crossing, were on line for completion by mid-1997, he said.
