SHANGRI-LA Asia parent Kerry Trading Co is to provide management services for the hotel chain for a $16 million annual fee, Shangri-La Asia said yesterday.

Kerry Trading would provide services, including managing the business operations of the chain's hotel and property interests, as well as secretarial, legal, personnel, accounting, property, financial and investment services.
