CABLE and Wireless is to provide management and technical services for its 57.5 per cent-owned Hongkong Telecom for an undisclosed price, Hongkong Telecom said yesterday.

Cable and Wireless would be responsible for developing or improving telecommunication systems, Hongkong Telecom company secretary Malcolm Brown said.
