The president of the Marshall Islands, second from right, Amata Kabua, inspects a model of Mobil's 280,000 deadweight tonne double-hulled tanker Eagle.

It is one of the largest ships in his country's registry and the seventh to be registered with the islands by Mobil. The model was presented by Gerhard Kurz (right), president of the Mobil Shipping and Transportation Co, on behalf of the Trust Co of the Marshall Islands, the administrator of the registry. Trust Co of the Marshall Islands is an affiliate of International Registries.
