Furla hosted an intimate gathering at The Space gallery in Sheung Wan to show off its autumn-winter presentation, with actress Rabeea Yeung Lok-ting as MC.
The Italian luxury label's new series of bright and colourful handbags hung off the arms of models as they acted out playful scenes such as browsing on an iPad and applying lipstick.
Special guest model Lynn Xiong Dailin appeared toting a green purse from the new collection at Tuesday's event. Singer Kary Ng Yu-fei said after the show that she liked how vividly coloured accessories could sharpen up an outfit, especially in the cooler months when most people tend to wear black and grey.
Even Jennifer Tse Ting-ting, who has previously admitted that her wardrobe skewed towards darker colours, and was clad on Tuesday in her usual black, said: 'I think accessories can be any colour. It really illuminates your outfit.'
Asked where she usually shopped in Hong Kong, the actress said: 'Lane Crawford, but I usually shop online - Shopbop, Revolve, Net-a-porter.'
